Data Deletion Requests
This page explains what information Tripura PayCalc stores, what Sanat Utility Studio can delete, and how to request deletion of information you have provided to us.
Request deletion by email
For information held by Sanat Utility Studio in connection with Tripura PayCalc, such as previous support correspondence, send a deletion request to our support inbox. No account or sign-in is needed.
Request data deletionSalary and calculator information
Tripura PayCalc calculates basic pay, salary, allowances, deductions, increments and arrears locally. The app does not require an account or upload salary figures to Sanat Utility Studio servers.
To remove locally stored app settings or data, use Android Settings → Apps → Tripura PayCalc → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
Support emails and messages
If you contact us by email, we may hold your email address and whatever information you voluntarily include in your correspondence. We will review deletion requests and delete applicable records within our control when we can lawfully do so.
Google AdMob advertising data
The app uses Google AdMob. Sanat Utility Studio cannot independently identify or guarantee deletion of all information held by Google. For Google-managed information, review Google My Ad Center and Google's Privacy Policy.
What happens after your request?
- You email us using the button above or the support address.
- We identify the applicable information, if any, under Sanat Utility Studio's control.
- We review what can be deleted and carry out eligible deletion subject to legal obligations.
- We respond with the outcome or any necessary clarification.
